The 2002 Goody's Dash Series season was a NASCAR touring season held from February 9, 2002 to October 25, 2002 consisting of fourteen races. Jake Hobgood won the series championship, joining his father Will Hobgood as the second father-son duo to win championships in series history. Hobgood won three races and cruised to a 66-point cushion over Robert Huffman, who also won three times. Hobgood's brother, Justin Hobgood, also won three times in a breakout season that left him third in points. Other winners during the year included breakout star Zach Brewer with two wins, defending series champ Cam Strader with one victory, Scott Weaver once, and Danny Bagwell once.
