BIOGRAPHY
Bill Widenhouse, born June 17, 1929 was a former NASCAR driver from Midland, NC. He competed in thirty-one Nextel Cup Series events prior to his death on June 29, 1995.

Widenhouse never competed in a full season, only managing to finish a career-best 26th in the 1955 points. Nor did Widenhouse have much success on the track. He only earned five top-ten efforts, highlighted by a pair of fifths: one in 1955 at Raleigh and one in 1956 at Wilson.

Following a poor 1963 season and a 16th place finish in the 1965 season opener at Concord Speedway, Widenhouse retired from competition.
