| Charles Brinkley is a former NASCAR driver from Memphis, TN. He competed in two Sprint Cup Series events in his career.
Both of those races came in 1954, when Brinkley debuted at Darlington. Starting 30th in the field of fifty, Brinkley had early engine failure and finished 28th. He did no better in his other event, as more engine issues left him 42nd at LeHi.
