Chester Barron (September 27, 1926 - ) is a former NASCAR driver from Cornelia, GA. He competed in six Sprint Cup Series events in his career, earning two top-tens.

Barron's debut came in 1956, when he competed at Atlanta. Starting 22nd in the field of twenty-eight, Barron completed all but four laps in route to a solid 9th place finish. However, Barron struggled a bit in his other start that year, finishing 17th in the twenty-three car field.

However, Barron ended his career on some sour notes, finishing 16th in a tiny field at Atlanta in the spring and then finishing 35th at the Atlanta summer event.
