| Dave Watson (November 7, 1945 - ) is a former NASCAR driver from Milton, WI. He competed in five Nextel Cup Series events in his career, earning one top-ten.
Watson's debut came in 1978, when he competed at Atlanta. Starting 22nd in the field of thirty-nine, Watson was running very well until a late crash hurt his efforts and left him to finish 17th.
Watson's other four races all came in 1979, when he started off in the prestigious Daytona 500. Watson managed to lead a lap in the event, but midrace clutch issues left him 26th. But Watson also ran well in the next two races, recording a career-best 8th place finish at Rockingham and then 18th at Richmond. Watson even led six laps in his final race, but DNFed to finish 32nd at Atlanta.
