| Dick Bailey is a former NASCAR driver from Grove City, PA. In four Sprint Cup Series events in his career, earning one pole.
Bailey's debut came in 1951, when he competed ta Bainbridge. Starting positions in the field of thirty-four are unknown, but Bailey drove to a solid 15th place finish, one that would prove to be his career best. For Bailey struggled in his other start that year, finishing 41st at Pittsburgh.
Bailey's next start in the series came in 1958, when he competed at Daytona Beach Road Course. Starting 9th in the field, Bailey completed all but six laps in route to a solid 20th place finish.
Bailey's final career race came in 1959, when he competed at Pittsburgh yet again. Bailey left a quick impression, winning the pole with a lap of 47.97 mph. But after leading three laps, Bailey fell out with overheating and finished 19th.
