| BIOGRAPHY
|
| Don Branson is a former NASCAR driver from Charleston, SC. He competed in eight Sprint Cup Series events in his career.
All of those races came in 1964, when Branson finished 92nd in points. But it was a disappointing finish. Although the 34th place finish in his debut at Weaverville would prove to be his worst, Branson was not running at the end of any of his career races. Branson managed to crack the top-twenty just three times as a result, bested by a 13th at Moyock.
