BIOGRAPHY

Earl Balmer (December 13, 1935 - ) is a former NASCAR driver from Floyds Knob, IN. He competed in thirty-two Sprint Cup Series events in his career, racing between 1959 and 1968. Though a part-time schedule prevented from Balmer from finishing high in points, Balmer did earn one victory and ten top-ten finishes in his career. His lone victory came in 1966, winning a qualifier event at Daytona.
