BIOGRAPHY
Eddie Anderson (June 23, 1926 - May 1, 1995) was a NASCAR driver from Blue Island, IL. He competed in five Sprint Cup Series events in his career.

All of those races came in 1951, when Anderson debuted at Daytona Beach. Starting 24th in the large field, Anderson fell out exceptionally early in the race and finished dead last (54th). Things didn't fare much better for Anderson in his next three races either. He only completed eight laps at Charlotte before finishing 38th and more DNFs left him 22nd at Mobile and 28th at Hillsboro. But Anderson ended his career with a career-best 11th place effort at Jacksonville.
