BIOGRAPHY
Frank Arford ( - June 20, 1953) was a NASCAR driver from Indianapolis, IN. He competed in four Sprint Cup Series events in his career.

All of those races came in 1953, when Arford debuted at Daytona Beach. Starting 5th in the field, Arford couldn't back up his qualifying effort in the race, finishing 57th. Arford did recover after that, finishing in the top-twenty in two of his other three races, finishing 17th at North Wilkesboro and a career-best 12th at Pensacola. Just six days after the Pensacola race, however, Arford tragically died.
