| BIOGRAPHY
|
| Frank Bumgarner is a former NASCAR driver from Taylorsville, NC. He competed in two Nationwide Series events in his career.
Both races came in 1991, when Bumgarner debuted at Nazareth. Starting 24th in the field for Billy Standridge, Bumgarner had an engine blow on lap two. That left Bumgarner last (37th). He would race again later in the year at Myrtle Beach. Starting 28th in that field, Bumgarner wrecked at halfway. However, that was good enough for a career-best (better?) 25th place effort. He has not raced since.
