| Gene Blackburn is a former NASCAR driver from Bristol, TN. He competed in two Sprint Cup Series events in his career.
Blackburn's first event came in 1961, when Blackburn debuted at his home track of Bristol. Starting positions in the field of thirty-eight are unknown, but Blackburn struggled in the event before axle issues left him a disappointing 33rd.
Fortunes were better for Blackburn, when he returned to Bristol in 1962. Starting 30th in the field of thirty-six, Blackburn again had axle issues midway through the event. But this time, Blackburn earned a career-best 20th place finish.
