| Hal Browning is a former NASCAR driver from Georgetown, DE. He competed in two Nationwide Series events in his career.
Browning's first race came in 1996, when he competed at Dover. Starting 38th in the field of forty, 38th is where he would finish after being collected in a third lap incident.
Things were a bit better for Browning when he returned to Dover in fall of 1997. Starting 37th in the field of forty-two this go round, Browning fell some thirty-one laps down in the race but still managed to collect a midpack 25th place finish.
