| Herbert Burns is a former NASCAR driver from Tampa, FL. He competed in two Sprint Cup Series events in his career.
Both of those races came in 1950, when Burns debuted at North Wilkesboro. Starting positions in the field are unknown due to poor records, but Burns drove to a solid 10th place finish at North Wilkesboro. Burns was even able to top that in his other event, driving to 9th place at Hillsboro.
