| Joe Bell is a former NASCAR driver from N. Tarrytown, NY. He competed in one Sprint Cup event in his career prior to his death on August 20, 1966. The race was in 1954, when Bell competed at Langhorne. Poor records make it impossible to know where Bell started in the sixty-four car field. However, Bell did end up 48th in the race, falling out on lap forty-eight with rear end gear issues. Stats
