BIOGRAPHY

John Alexander (May 22, 1954 - ) is a former NASCAR driver from Elmira, NY. He competed in one Nationwide Series and one Sprint Cup Series event in his career.

The Cup (then Winston Cup) start came during the 1990 season, when he competed at Watkins Glen International. It was a rough race for the driver, starting 39th and finishing 38th after an oil leak issue. The Nationwide (then Busch Series) start wasn't too much better for the driver, as a crash in the 1994 running at Michigan left him 40th.
