| Larry Phillips, born July 3, 1942 in Springfield, MO, is a former NASCAR driver. He competed in one (then) Winston Cup Series event in his career. It came in 1976, when he raced at the Ontario Motor Speedway. Starting in the 24th position, Phillips drove a solid race for his first outing. He would finish 13th, twelve laps off the pace.
