| Richard Brown is a former NASCAR driver from Los Angeles, CA. He competed in two Sprint Cup Series events in his career.
Brown's debut came in the 1954 season, when Brown entered a race at Oakland. Starting positions in the field of twenty-six are unknown, but mid-race tie rod issues left Brown a miserable 22nd.
Luckily, Brown improved in his other race - a 1963 event at Riverside. Starting 43rd in the forty-four car field, Brown fell nineteen laps down but still scrapped together a career-best 19th place finish.
