Robbie Crouch is a former NASCAR driver from Vermont. He competed in ten Nationwide Series and one Craftsman Truck Series event in his career.
Nationwide Series
Crouch made his debut in the Nationwide (then Busch Series) during the 1984 season, when he competed at Daytona, quite a venue to start off at. But it was a good race for Crouch, running most of the race and winding up in 19th place by day's end.
Crouch did not return until the 1986, competing at Oxford Plains, but made the most of it. Starting 16th in the field, Crouch wound up leading sixty laps in the race and wound up finishing as the runner-up.
Crouch's lone 1987 start also came at Loudon, though he struggled a bit more than he had the previous year. Starting 13th in the field of forty-four, Crouch completed all but six laps and wound up finishing in 29th.
Crouch stepped it up to a two race schedule for the 1988 season. He again started the season off at Oxford, starting 6th and running a solid race to finish up in the 18th position. Unfortunately, he struggled a few weeks later in his first ever start at Richmond. He only lasted twenty-six laps in that race before engine failure sidelined him to 35th.
Following those efforts, Crouch did not return to the series until the 1993 season, when he made his first ever series start at Loudon. Starting 13th, Crouch struggled in the race, only completing half of the laps and winding up in the 33rd position.
Crouch stepped it back up to a two-race schedule for the 1994 season, starting off at Loudon once more. Another tough 33rd place finish awaited Crouch there, with the driver only completing seventy-laps before a crash took him out. He fared no better in his first ever start at Nazareth, showing 34th.
Crouch only ran one race during the 1995 season, when he competed at Nazareth once more. And once more, it was a tough race for the driver, crashing out of the race to finish in 38th.
Crouch's final series start came during the 1997 season, when he competed at Loudon once again. He only lasted forty-six laps in the race, though, and had a disappointing last (42nd) place finish.
Craftsman Truck Series
Crouch also made his lone CTS start during the 1997, competing in Truck race at Loudon. It was a tough go of it, though, for the driver. Crouch only lasted fifty-five laps before mechanical woes ended his day in 38th.
