| Smokey Boutwell (September 6, 1931 - September 28, 1993) was a NASCAR driver from Pelham, NH. He competed in two Sprint Cup Series events in his career.
Both of his races came in 1964, when Boutwell debuted at Daytona, starting in the qualifier event for the Daytona 500. Starting 14th in the field, Boutwell stayed in that position in the entire race, finished 14th and made the race. He didn't fare to bad in the 500 either, completing all but twenty laps in route to a 20th place finish.
