| Woody Brown is a former NASCAR driver from Oakland, CA. He competed in seven Sprint Cup Series events in his career, earning two top-tens.
Brown's debut came in 1951, when he finished 32nd - a career-best - in points. He started his career off at Gardena, finishing last (20th) after an early DNF. But Brown rallied remarkably, finishing the year off with career-best finishes of 3rd at Oakland and 5th at Hanford.
Brown's other four races came during the 1954 season, one season in which Brown found mixed results. Despite starting the year off with a 24th place finish at Oakland due to a broken tie rod, Brown would rally to finish in the top-twenty in each of his three final starts. But even then Brown could not crack the top-ten, recording an 18th place run at Oakland, a season-best 13th place finish at Oakland and a 15th place finish at San Mateo to end his career.
